How do I set a goal with you?

It's easy! Just click the "submit a goal" button above, and fill out the form. We will contact you via email to discuss the best way to accomplish your goal. Alternatively, you can stop in the store and we can talk about it in person!

What types of goals will you accept?

1.) Mileage: pick an annual distance you would like to ride over the course of the year. Preferably, this should be an annual distance that you have never accomplished before.

2.) Complete Event: Have you ever wanted to cross the finish line of a triathlon? Do you see yourself completing a charity ride? Or maybe you just want to complete your first road or mountain bike race. These are all acceptable goals. Have a different event in mind? Let us know, and we'll let you know if it qualifies.

3.) Health: Want to get healthier for 2018? Whether you want to lower your blood pressure, cholesterol or weight, these are all great goals that cycling can help you achieve. 

What counts as a "qualifying purchase"? 

After submitting your goal to us, you make a purchase of any equipment that helps you reach your goal. This could be a bicycle, shoes, pedals, a trainer, or even a fitting service. It can also be a combination of multiple items or services. All regular priced items on this purchase will qualify for a 15-20% rebate if you achieve your set goal. Qualifying purchases and goals must be in by January 31st, 2018. Purchases made prior to or after this event do not qualify. 

How many qualifying purchases can I make?

You can receive a rebate for hitting your 2018 goal on qualifying purchases. You may come in and make as many purchases as you like, but your rebate will only apply to qualifying purchases.  

How do I track my goal?

1.) Mileage: We require some sort of cycling computer or phone app to track your miles. We recommend using Strava on a Wahoo cycling computer or your phone to  track your miles. Once you reach your goal, come in and show us whatever device you've been tracking your miles with. This is an honor based system. The only one you would be cheating is yourself. 

2.) Complete Event: Come in with your bib number, your medal, or a picture of you at the event to show us that you have completed your event. This is an honor based system. The only one you would be cheating is yourself. 

3.) Health: This one is a bit too personal for us to track. So, just come in and let us know you have obtained your goal. This is an honor based system. The only one you would be cheating is yourself. 

How do I get my rebate?

Once you have set a goal and made a qualifying purchase with us, you can work towards your goal. Once you hit your goal,  let us know, and then you will get 15% of your qualifying purchase back in the form of a gift card. If you hit your stretch goal, you get 20% back. 

How much will my rebate be?

After you hit your goal and notify us, you will get 15% of your qualifying purchase back in the form of a PAC gift card. Hit your stretch goal and get an additional 5% back, making your total rebate 20% back.

What is a stretch goal?

When you give us your goal for 2018, we will give you a stretch goal too. If you go above and beyond and reach the stretch goal, you get an extra 5% rebate, making your total rebate 20%. If you don't hit your stretch goal, but hit your regular goal, you still get 15% back as a rebate. 

When do I have to make my goal by?

All goals and qualifying purchases must be made by January 31st, 2018.
